Pricing

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required (errors and omissions accepted). All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Availability

We try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives. Holding items in your basket does not secure stock, once your order has been completed your stock will be allocated. Any dates specified for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

 

Making a purchase

By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery unless we have your permission.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by email or telephone regarding any delivery delays or payment issues.

Offers are valid for the time period stated, and unless specified for single use only. Offers giving discounts are not valid on sale products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

 

Payment

You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.

Dream Nails ships within the UK.

 

Shipping

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been shipped, please replace the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us with your shipping note. This is not a full statement of your rights under applicable distance selling legislation or under any statutory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

 

Refunds

GOODS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item you may do so within 7 days from the day you receive the goods and we will refund you in full (excluding delivery charge). Please note items can only be returned within our refund policy providing it is in its original condition, e.g have not been opened, worn or used. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your goods after the 7 day period, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

It will be your responsibility to cover any costs associated with returning the goods and also ensuring that the goods are packed correctly and in their original condition. If you are returning an online order, then please post this to Dream Nails, 143a High Street, Wanstead, E11 2RL with a copy of your receipt, your order number, your contact details and if you would like a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an item you purchased in store then you can return this to any Dream Nails store with a copy of your receipt for an exchange or refund.

SERVICES

If you are unhappy with your service please notify a team member in store who will be happy to resolve this. Please note we are unable to give refunds for treatments already carried out and paid for.

 

Feedback

If you have any feedback to share regarding your treatment then we kindly ask you to pop back in store, or email our customer services team via customerservices@dreamnailsbeauty.com within 3 days of a polish treatment or within 7 days of a gel/acrylic treatment. Please include the details of your appointment and any photos of your nails.

 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products and treatments on the www.dreamnailsbeauty.com website. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year, non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

 

Treatments booked in advance

Dream Nails operates a 48 hour cancellation policy for pre-booked treatments. We cannot accept amendments or cancellations within 48 hours leading up to the date of your treatment. In the case of (i) a no-show or (ii) a cancellation within 48 hours of your treatment we reserve the right to charge the full value of the treatment. If we are notified more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no charge.

 

Risks of Treatment 

You have the right to be informed about the procedure to be used, indicating risks and benefits, so that you may make the decision whether or not to undergo the procedure. This notification is an effort to make you better informed. To that end, you are encouraged to call the salon directly to ask any questions you may have. You are also encouraged to conduct your own research or consult with your own health care provider if you have additional questions.

 

Procedures

Nail treatment is a procedure that is performed on the nails to enhance their appearance, strength or overall health.  We offer a variety of treatments including acrylic extensions, gel treatments, manicures, pedicures, nail art and more. These treatments can involve shaping, filing (with or without the e-file), buffing, cuticle care and the application of nail products like gels or acrylics.

Waxing is a procedure to remove unwanted hair from its roots. In some areas warm wax is applied to the skin, and a strip of paper is pressed into the preparation. The strip is then pulled away, taking hair with it. In other areas hot wax is applied to the skin and is allowed to cool. The cooled wax is then pulled away taking hairs with it.

Threading is a procedure to shape and remove unwanted hairs from areas such as the eyebrows, upper lip, chin and full face. The threading procedure involves a thin, twisted cotton thread that is rolled over the skin, catching and removing the hair from the follicle.

Lashlifts & tinting is a procedure that involves curling and lifting the natural lashes from the root using a silicone rod or shield. The lashes are carefully adhered to the rod or shield, creating a lifted and curled effect. This helps to enhance the natural shape and length of the lashes. After the lashes are lifted, a lash tint is applied to darken the colour of the lashes. The tint is applied to the lashes, giving them a more defined and noticeable look.

Lash extensions are a procedure that involve applying individual synthetic lashes to your natural lashes creating a fuller and longer lash appearance.

 

Possible Side Effects of the Treatments

The above procedures may cause side effects. The side effects listed here are merely examples and is not intended to be an exhaustive list. Every person is different and there is no guarantee that more severe side effects will not occur. Of the observed side effects the most common are listed. You may experience quickly dissipating, mild discomfort when the e-file, LED setting machine or hair is removed. Taking antibiotics may also make skin more sensitive and susceptible to skin lifting when undergoing any of the above treatments. Please be aware that use of the e-drill, LED setting machine or hair removal may cause inflammation, welts, hives, skin lifting and reddening or small breakouts due to bacteria being pulled out with the hair or due to sensitivity or an allergy to products or equipment used. This is usually not severe and may subside within a few days. If you have a reaction, apply a topical antibiotic, apply aloe vera gel, stay out of the sun and avoid contact with heat / hot water. If not resolved within a few days then you should contact a medical expert.

 

Party bookings

To secure a party booking/event ticket we kindly ask that the group pay for their chosen party package/group deposit or event ticket in advance, which can be made online. Payment for this is non-refundable in the event of one or more guests cancelling, unless you give us at least 7 days advance notice.

 

Terminology

We want to promote good quality products. Our Dream Nails polish is free from formaldehyde, toluene, camphor, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and formaldehyde resin.

We are not responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Dream Nail products are those stated on the Dream Nails materials. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party. This website may contain links to sites owned and operated by third parties. Customer feedback polish prize draw competition T&C’s

  • The prize includes 2 x Dream Nails nail polishes.

  • No purchase necessary to enter the competition. To enter the competition entrants must complete a form in store, providing feedback on their Dream Nails experience.

  • Winners will be notified via email at the end of each month and will have 7 days to respond with their contact information to customerservices@dreamnailsbeauty.com where they will receive confirmation of their prize. If after 7 days the Promoter has not been contacted, the winner will forfeit their prize.

  • The competition is open to UK residents only and the prize is subject to availability.

  • The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
